Liberal senators and pundits couldn’t wait to politicize Las Vegas shooting.

Following the deadly mass shooting in Las Vegas that killed at least 50 people and wounded more than 400 others, liberal pundits and politicians on Twitter have been quick to politicize the tragedy.

The Las Vegas Metro Police Department (LVMPD) identified the shooter as 64-year-old, Stephen Paddock, who was a white man living in nearby Mesquite. He allegedly used a fully automatic weapon to shoot from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel across the street from the venue.

While more information comes in, liberals have been quick to politicize the horrific shooting. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) wrote on Twitter that she was “heartsick” and then minutes later called for gun control.

In addition to Warren, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) issued a statement, saying, “It’s time for Congress to get off its ass and do something.”

New York radio host, Charlamagne Tha God, wrote that he’s praying for gun control.

Rather than focusing on the victims, GQ special correspondent and former MSNBC and ESPN host Keith Olbermann took time to criticize President Donald Trump for sending his “warmest condolences,” writing that Trump is “soulless” and “not a human being.”

If liberals weren’t calling for gun control, they were blaming white people for having too much privilege.

Before LVMPD classified the shooting as “terrorism,” Shaun King, a columnist with The Intercept, wrote on Twitter, “Only in America can whiteness prevent the man who conducted the deadliest mass shooting in American history from being called a terrorist.”
